"As a Realtor, I work with sellers, buyers, from first time buyers to second home purchases, or buying that next home, downsizing, or making a real estate investment. I am a detailed oriented real estate professional, licensed in both Virginia and North Carolina. I am naturally motivated, and I am process driven, to assure minimal stress for buyers, sellers and investors throughout the real estate process.I am originally from Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina and enjoy spending time with my spouse and two adopted dogs. I enjoy the lifestyle opportunities available here in Hampton Roads, and regularly visit my local favorites from Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown Beach, Merchant Square, William & Mary, Fort Eustis, Fort Monroe, Busch Gardens, the Mariner's Museum, Water Country USA, Buckroe Beach, Jamestown Settlement, Governor's Palace, Virginia Zoo, as well as I am able get back to North Carolina to take in all that it has to offer with a short drive to Williamston, Durham, Greensboro, Winston Salem, Mount Airy, and the Outer Banks.In my time off, I partake in hobbies such as customizing/designing handmade jewelry, participating and leading fitness groups, and running. I am active in my neighborhood's civic association through voluntarily hosting recreation events for the community. I am also a Director of the Williamsburg Area Association of REALTORS (WAAR) and often volunteer to assist with WAAR community events. Additionally, I am a notary public.
